All private functions held at the Club must be a member function or have a sponsoring member.

Can we bring in our own food and beverages?
No. We offer all in-house catering and beverages, with the exception of certain specialty items. You may provide certain specialty items such as wedding cakes for your event. Please consult with our banquet coordinators.
Do you require a deposit to reserve a room?
Yes, when the event is member-sponsored.
When do we need to let you know on our menu choices?
All menu and function arrangements should be completed three weeks prior to the reserved date.
