A golf lesson at Rockrimmon Country Club can be any length of time in 15-minute intervals. Each lesson should be scheduled by calling the Pro Shop at 203-968-1719.
Lessons are on a first-come first-serve basis. Be sure to leave your first and last name, time and date you prefer and any special needs (i.e., clubs, videos, playing lesson, bunker lesson, putting lesson, etc). Lessons are given any day the club is open and at any time there is daylight and an instructor available. If you need to cancel, please call the Pro Shop in a timely manner so someone else can have the opportunity to use that time period.
Jerry Yochum, Dennis Ward and J.R. Yuska are all Class-A PGA Professionals.

Jerry returns for his twentieth season at Rockrimmon Country Club. He was born and raised in McMurray, PA. He is very dedicated to his wife, PJ and his twin boys, Harrison and Henry. He began his career in the Pittsburgh area at Valley Brook Country Club and Fallen Timber Golf Club. Moving to Arizona, Jerry spent four years at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. After moving again to the New York metropolitan area, he spent three seasons at Sunningdale Country Club and three seasons at Fairview Country Club. His playing career consists of many amateur victories in the Pittsburgh area before turning professional and competing on the NGA tour presently referred to as the Nationwide Tour. In his career as a PGA golf professional, he is dedicated to the ideal that he represents the honor of the game and must uphold the integrity of the game. He has a strong sense of responsibility to Rockrimmon Country Club and is extremely happy to be of service to the members and his co-workers.

| Dennis Ward - Assistant Professional |

Born and raised in Westchester County New York. Went to college in Alabama on a golf scholarship. He and his wife Sydney have a son Cormac. Dennis competed heavily throughout the United States prior to entering into the club profession. Worked for and with Top 100 Teacher Bill Davis, along with short game guru, two time player of the year (Met Section) Kevin Morris. Dennis's teaching philosophy, golfers of all levels have fundamental strengths. We will then identify, and strengthen those fundamentals.The game is to be enjoyed by all!

| J.R. Yuska - Assistant Professional |

J.R. is originally from Rockville, Maryland. He grew up playing golf at Manor Country Club. He graduated from Campbell University with a Bachelors of Business Administration degree with a major in Professional Golf Management. J.R. has since earned his PGA membership. While living in Florida, J.R. has played in many professional mini-tour events. He has worked with Top 100 instructors Mike Bender, Brian Manzella, Martin Hall and Wayne DeFrancesco. It was during this time that he developed an interest in teaching. His work background includes: Certified Instructor for the Faldo Golf Schools (Orlando, Fl; Naples, Fl; Atlantic City, NJ; Palm Desert, CA). Lakewood Country Club in Rockville, Maryland.
$110.00 per hour / $35.00 per 1/2- hour for Juniors
